You are responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items in the vicinity of the appliance or HVAC system being serviced.
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas) are connected and functioning properly for the technician to perform the service.
Adult supervision may be required during the service appointment, especially if minors or individuals requiring assistance are present.

7. Limitation of Liability
